When you hire me to manage your wedding, I will ensure that the day runs smoothly, that details won’t be overlooked, and that you and your family’s stress levels remain low. My Wedding Day Management package includes the following services:
I offer a free one-hour consultation, where we will get to know each other and see if we are a good fit. Once we begin working together, I will provide you with unlimited phone calls and email support. If your schedule permits, I would love to meet with you in person two or three times to discuss the details of your event. If you still have vendors to select, I will offer professional recommendations based on my years of experience. I will also help you organize and gather all of your vendor contracts to make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
A month or two prior to your wedding, we will meet again to discuss the timeline and flow of the day. I will prepare a detailed timeline for the vendors and wedding party and conduct a walk-through of the venue with you. As we get closer to your big day, I will confirm the arrival and scheduling details with your vendors.
When it comes time for your rehearsal, I will conduct and coordinate the event, ensuring that everyone is on the same page and knows what to do and when to do it.
When your wedding day arrives, I will greet your vendors and coordinate the set up for your ceremony and reception, including the set up of your décor. I will handle any issues, conflicts, or emergencies, should any arise with your vendors or deliveries. I will serve as the liaison between you and all of your contracted wedding professionals. I will assist the couple, the wedding party, and family with any last-minute details, making sure everyone remains on schedule and is ready on time.
As the ceremony begins, I will make sure the ushers are in position and ready to seat guests. I will gather and line up the wedding party and family for the processional, and will queue the musicians or DJ, officiant, family and bridal party for the ceremony.
Following the ceremony, I will guide the couple, officiant, Best Man, and Maid of Honor into position for the signing of the marriage license. I will assist the photographers with gathering the family and wedding party for formal photos. I will clean up the ceremony site and remove all of the décor.
I will assist your guests in locating their escort cards and seats for dinner. I will prepare the wedding party for their announcement into the reception and queue the DJ or band for all formal announcements. I will ensure that the timeline is executed and remains on schedule and inform the couple of all of the events. I will handle any issues that arise and serve as the go-to person for all of your wedding professionals.
Once the reception has concluded, I will organize and conduct the send off for the couple. I will ensure that all of the guests are out of the venue at the designated time and arrange for transportation if needed. I will make sure all gifts and cards are secure and transported in a designated car. I will clean up and remove all décor items and work with the caterer to make sure the venue is clean and cleared out on time.
